Project 02 - Educational Facilities | October-December 2010

The second studio assignment of the semester/Project02 is to develop a educational facilities in Urban area in Central Jakarta. The students will have to select a proper site (5000-8000 sqm) in order to develop his/her proposed educational program in two urban regions: grogol or cikini area.

Some constraints to be considered: BCR @50-60%, FAR @ 2 and maximum 4 storey (excluding 1 storey of basement). The program should be consisted of several masses (3 masses as minimum).

The submission of the second assignment of the studio/Project02 will be held on Monday, December 13, 2010 at 12.oo. And the Final presentation will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 10.00.
